How does a PCF process work with AI?
Our AI automatically detects which components and processes belong to your product and precisely matches the appropriate emission factors. It fills in missing values, documents every step transparently, and calculates your Product Carbon Footprint in the shortest possible time.

Upload data
Works with any data quality: from a URL or product description to fragmented Excel spreadsheets to a complete BOM with materials and weights.
Step 2
AI identifies product details
The AI automatically identifies your product's materials, processes, and transportation. It fills in any missing specifications and data gaps with well-founded assumptions.
Step 3
AI matches emission factors
Based on your inputs, the AI assigns matching emission factors from ecoinvent and AGRIBALYSE. The calculation is carried out according to the cradle-to-gate principle.

Understanding the reasoning of AI
Each calculation is accompanied by a brief explanation from the AI. You see exactly which factors were included and why.
Step 5
Verify the quality of the PCF
Each PCF result receives three scores, reported as the primary data share, data quality rating, and AI estimation share. Based on the PACT methodology and viewable for each item.
Step 6
Export for sharing
Results can be exported directly as a detailed view or as a PCF report according to ISO 14067. Prepared for customers, auditors, or internal reporting.
