Wir haben eine Woche in Neupitz (Brandenburg) verbracht, um uns als remote-first Team besser kennenzulernen. Viele von uns trafen sich dort erstmals persönlich. Gemeinsam spielten wir Uno, machten Sport, hielten Workshops zu Kommunikation und Branding, aßen zusammen und verbrachten Zeit bei Aktivitäten wie Kanu, Badminton, Volleyball und Mölkky. Nach dieser intensiven Woche ist klar: Wir arbeiten nicht nur remote hervorragend zusammen, sondern haben auch offline viel Freude miteinander.
