We spent a week in Neupitz (Brandenburg) to get to know each other better as a remote-first team. Many of us met in person for the first time there. Together, we played Uno, exercised, held workshops on communication and branding, ate together, and spent time on activities like canoeing, badminton, volleyball, and Mölkky. After this intensive week, it's clear: We not only work wonderfully together remotely, but we also enjoy each other's company offline.
