ℹ️ WMO Update: 50:50 chance that the global temperature will temporarily exceed the threshold of 1.5 °C in the next five years.

“The latest IPCC report concludes that global warming will exceed 2 °C by mid-century if emissions remain at the currently high level or even increase.
